Constitution and Duties of the Committee to Protect the Ski and Snowboard Instructor Profession.
Established among the Ski and Snowboard Instructors (on 5/26/2023) is the
COMMITTEE to Protect the Profession of the Ski and Snowboard Instructor
with the 'objective of Protecting the profession in respect of Rights to Work, Respect Equal Opportunity, Respect Transparency, Respect European Norms on free movement and work.
The Committee is interlocutor with the Ministry of Sport, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Equal Opportunity, and all Regional and Provincial Departments, for the Protection of the Profession of Ski and Snowboard Instructors.
The Committee's task is to :
1) Enroll in a Registry the Organizations that operate, according to the rules of good manners, transparency, right to work and compliance with EU regulations, in the world of the profession of ski and snowboard instructors.
2) Report to Ministries and Regional Bodies on Hostilities, violations of rules, abuse of office, injustice, non-transparency, malfeasance, involving ski instructors in the practice of the profession, by pseudo regional and national organizations.
3) To inform instructors about everything that is of interest to the conduct of professional activity in italy and abroad, including legal actions to be taken against regions that apply a hostile policy.
4) Promoting New Initiatives on Labor and Rights. Orientation and Training.
Project 2023 - Orientation and Training. The Committee Establishes the Figure of the Ski Instructor Trainee aimed at those attending an education or training course and aimed at integrating learning with work experience (teaching in a temporary form) at ski and snowboard schools.
5) Publish Norms, Laws, Decrees, Prohibitions, Appeals and others that affect Ski and Snowboard Professionals.
6) Provide useful news about Work and Rights of Ski and Snowboard Instructors.
7) Post Advertisements and job opportunities for ski and snowboard instructors.
8) Bring together a working group to study standards and new opportunities at work in italy and europe.
9) Appoint regional contact persons.
